Does the size of the sandals match my own size?
Yes, you can keep your own size. The children’s sizes are 1 size larger. We recommend ordering one size smaller for children’s sizes.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process you can enter a different delivery address while entering your personal information. The invoice will be sent by e-mail to the “ordering party”.
Can I also pick up my order?

Do I receive a message when I have placed an order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation immediately. The invoice will be sent with your order, unless the delivery address is different, then the invoice will be sent to the orderer by e-mail.
Can I change or cancel an order?
When you place an order through our website and want to change or cancel it, please send an e-mail to info@menorquinas.nl. This is only possible within 24 hours after the order date.
Can I order sandals that are no longer on your website?
If you want to order a specific model that is no longer included in the catalog on our website, you can send an email to info@menorquinas.nl.
Can I exchange the product?
Yes, that is possible, provided it shows no signs of use and if possible in the original packaging is returned within 14 days. However, the shipping costs are for your own account. We will send you the new product free of charge. See also our Terms and Conditions.
Will I get my money back if I return the product because I don’t like it?
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you can return the product to us within 14 working days after receipt! In this case, the shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
